Costa Rica Holiday Rentals - Reservation Policies

Dear Visitor, please read this, is IMPORTANT!

Costa Rica Holiday Rentals is a serious company conscious of the desire of many foreign tourists coming to Costa Rica to enjoy its natural beauty, its people and everything a paradise of green forests and beautiful beaches could delight you. All these of course in a comfortable, with good style and good location place during their vacation.
For this reason we define Company Reservation Policies for you to know the way we operate our rental Beach Homes, Beach Condos, Jaco Villas, Residences and Beach Studios. Any question do not hesitate to contact us here please, we will be pleased to help you!

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE with a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
The 50% balance should be paid within 30 days prior to the arrival.

Rental Seasons:

  • Green Season: May 1 to Nov 20
  • High Season: Nov 21 to Apr 30
  • Peak Season: Dec 20 to Jan 03
  • Check in time: 2:00pm
  • Check out time: 11:00am

Reservation Refund Policies:

  • 80% if you cancel more than sixty-one(61) days before arrival
  • 60% if canceled between sixty(60) and thirty-one(31) days before arrival
  • 0% if you cancel thirty(30) days or less before arrival

Reservations for Christmas week and New Year and Month:

  • 50% at the time of booking, non refundable
  • Payment of the balance sixty-one(61) days before arrival, non refundable
  • If the balance is not paid in full to the applicable due date, the reservation will be canceled

Cleaning Service:

  • Daily cleaning service is not included, Bookings for more than 5 nights includes 1 cleaning service, every additional cleaning has a cost of $20.

Damage Security Deposit:

  • $500 for security deposit credit card required, At the time of the Check Out a customer service representative will inspect the unit any missing items or damage will be charge to guest account
